Fees must be paid in full prior to the start of your course. We do not accept part payments or deposits.
Please check with the course tutor to make sure a place is available before making a payment. They will send you a booking form if there is availability. Your place will be secured when payment is received, but please be aware that payments delayed for more than 7 days after a booking form is sent maybe offered to someone else.
Please book early to avoid disappointment. Our courses are increasingly popular.
If for any reason we have to cancel a course we will give you a full refund of fee paid. We will aim to give you 2 days’ notice prior to a termly course or 24 hours notice prior to a 1 day or 2 day course.
If you cancel earlier than 7 days before the start date of your course you will receive a refund minus a 10% admin fee. If you cancel 7 days, or less before the start date of your course, or after your course has started, a refund will not be given.
In the event that a tutor has to cancel a session for any reason, you will either be offered an alternative date and time to make up that session, or receive a full refund for the session missed.
We are not able to offer you a refund, or ‘make up session’ in the event that you are unable to attend any session.
