The simplest way to contact us to enquire about vacancies or a particular course is to click on the Email box on the course page. On most computers, tablets and phones, this will generate a preformatted email for you to complete and send. If your device does not automatically do this, you will need to generate your own email enquiry or telephone. Contact by email is preferable as the office telephone is only attended on a part-time basis.
Please note that courses need to booked and we will send you a booking form if there is a vacant place. We will always try to give you a place on your first choice course but please let us know if you have a second choice should your first choice be full.
Some of our courses are filled quite quickly. However, vacancies do occur during each term and we will endeavour to notify people who have expressed an interest in a particular course. Sometimes, if the demand is sufficient, we are able to put on additional courses.
When practicable, we will put a note on the web site page if a course is already full
Please be aware that if you join a course and miss a class it is not always possible to make it up. This will be at the tutor's discretion based on health and safety and numbers in a class. Unfortunately no refunds can be made for missed classes. (See separate page on Fees). We are a self funding charity and rely on fees to keep these courses running.
