Orchard Workshop is based in Kingswood, South Glos, and offers a variety of craft courses. Classes are small, friendly and supportive. Tutors are all experienced teachers as well as experts in their own craft.
Our Courses fall into 3 categories.
Term classes, usually of 5/10/12 weeks covering general arts and crafts. Some courses are held during the day and some in evenings.
Short courses, usually 1 day, usually on Saturdays and often a “taster” for the term courses.
Courses for special groups such as adults with learning difficulties.

Information we hold about you and why we hold it
The information we hold about you is taken from the details you give us when you enrol on one of our courses or make enquires about courses.
We need this information to enable us to enrol you on a course, contact you about your course, let your tutor know you are enrolling. It is also necessary if there are changes to your course. We also may let you know about other courses we are running.
We normally contact you by e.mail or phone. On some occasions we may contact you by post. We will only contact you if you have given your permission for us to do so.
Your information is held by Orchard Workshop and only shared with your tutor. We never pass your details on to any other organization or person. We do not carry out any marketing that makes use of your information.
Safeguarding your information
Your details will be kept safe and secure at all times. The information is stored on a password controlled computer within a password controlled file. The passwords are known only to Orchard Workshop Management Group.
Length of time we keep your information
We keep your information for one year from the time you give us permission to file your information or sooner if you request us to delete it from our records.
You have the right to ask for your details to be removed from our file unless you are currently on a course.
You may ask to check the information we hold on you and request changes to be made if details are no longer accurate.
You can complain if you feel your personal information has been mishandled. We would encourage you to come to us in the first instance but you are entitled to complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) www.ico.org.uk
